Radio Taster Day

For children aged 8-11.

At the Chelmsford Community Radio HQ, children will spend the day learning about the radio industry and elements of putting together a live radio show. The end goal gives the opportunity to present a live radio show alongside the other participants – using new found knowledge and skills developed over the day.

The workshop will mostly take place in the boardroom of Moulsham Mill alongside a possible trip into the city to gather interview material. The last hour will be on air in the studio. Children need to bring a packed lunch with them.
